Quality Documentation Specialist Jobs

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. Starting in January 2024 the role will transition to a hybrid based role to be located at Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Support on FDA/BSI/Corporate audit assessments
• Performs monthly metrics for QUMAS and Global360 applications for management review
• Performs validation activities for system upgrades
• Monitors/maintains performance of QUMAS and Global 360 applications
• Performs content/context/format review of all QUMAS submissions
• Represents Document Control for new product/process teams

Experience and Skills:

Required

• Project management experience
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO and GMP requirements
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and business processes
• Experience in QA, R&D or RA environment

Preferred:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Visio
• Adobe Application Experience

Other:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation skills, ability to team empower and create a collaborative environment with exceptional service orientation is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $96,600.
