Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 a year

Overview

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of quality within the organization. They will handle product and packaging quality. Work with manufacturers and Haus team to develop standards as well as set up quality dossiers with our third party manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

• Working with Product Development and Packaging to set standards for all components and finished goods. Follow-up with yearly reviews.
• Quarterly quality checks at distribution center.
• Quality audits of third party manufacturers (TPM)
• Maintaining TPM adherence to quality standards
• Handling all quality related issues. Working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve
• Set up and initiate quality dossiers with manufacturing.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge o the beauty industry a plus
• Ability to work with third party manufacturers for setting standards and developing dossiers.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements a plus
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years quality experience.
• Prioritization and negotiation skills managing quality issues with suppliers.
