Quality Control Auditor Jobs

We are looking for a talented Quality Tech Level 3 to join our team specializing in quality for our engine business segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

Duties:

• Maintain the knowledge of relevant requirements based on internal changes (process and product technologies) and external changes (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG core tools, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)).
• Responsible of conducting internal audits (QMS, Mfg Process Audits, Product Audits) in an organization. Plan and lead trainings, root causea analysis and resolution of non-conformances.
• Provide help to lead Root Cause Analysis (3P5Y) for assigned Corrective Actions and train stakeholders if needed.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of mfg processes, its risk analysis and control plans. Also conduct other QMS related activities needed to perform QMS processes.
• Able to perform audits with process based approach and risk based thinking. Gather and analyze information related to internal audit program and produce reports.

Qualification:

• Ability to record information accurately and concisely
• Attend and pass IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Training Class.
• Facilitate IATF 16949 Overview Class.
• Complete Yellow Belt Training.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel).
• Obtain ASQ CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) Certification.
