Reports To: Director of Quality Assurance
Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance (QA) Tester will be responsible for ensuring our product meets the established standards of quality including design, performance, and functionality.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft quality assurance documentation per proper procedure
Interpret and execute quality assurance processes
Devise testing procedures for recording and reporting quality issues
Plan, conduct, and monitor testing of a game to ensure the finished product reaches set quality levels
Document internal reviews and other quality assurance activities
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Azure DevOps, Windows, and Tortoise SVN
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask without the loss of quality
Preferred Requirements:
ASTQB Foundation Level software testing certification
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The usual work environment is typical of an office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
