Conduct perishable food quality checks and prepare fresh food product before is it is inducted in to the system while following all safety and food safety processes and guidelines. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Provide recommendations as needed to leadership to encourage best practice and continuous improvement
• Follow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate orders
• Conduct daily review of fresh products held in inventory for quality and freshness and take appropriate action with those items
• Adhere to all operational processes within work area to drive efficiency
• Conduct quality checks and prepare fresh product for receiving into hive
• Achieve productivity goals and targets
• Follow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concerns
• Keep work area clean and sanitized, and thermometers and scales calibrated

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present information within small groups

Desired Previous Experience/Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Any experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Any experience in a previous food quality type role
