Job Description
Location: REMOTE


Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly


Description: Judge Healthcare is urgently seeking a Risk Adjustment RN for a FULLY REMOTE position for one of our biggest clients. Only candidates located in MST, EST or CST time zones will be considered.


Type: 6 month contract with potential to extend or convert!


Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday


Pay: $30-$40/hr based on location and experience


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for performing second reviews of QI work as assigned.
  • Maintains RN and CRC certifications.
  • Executes other responsibilities per business needs.
  • Stays abreast of current changes to the Risk Adjustment field.
  • Maintains required productivity.
  • Continues education to maintain high level of proficiency in Risk Adjustment field.
  • Maintains individual 95% IRR score.
  • Independently reviews cases, ensuring accurate ICD-10-CM risk-adjusted coding and clinical documentation.
  • Performs research as needed to determine whether codes are appropriate.


Qualifications


  • Must have Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)Certification
  • At least 1 year of Risk Adjustment coding experience
  • Working knowledge of ICD-10 CM guidelines and appropriate clinical documentation.
  • Experience reviewing clinical cases.
  • High level of expertise in navigating EMRs.
  • Must have minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
