Qa Automation Engineer (Remote)

We are working with a leading utility provider in the US who are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their digital transformation team. You will work as part of a collaborative team where customer satisfaction lies at the heart of your work.

This person will use Java / Selenium to develop test scripts for internal and external web solutions within an Agile environment. They will be responsible for translating functional uses cases from BAs into the automation test cases, creating Gherkin scenarios into Java Cucumber scripts.

Essential experience:

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps to manage source code, manage developer tasks, bugs and perform builds or deploys
• 5+ years experience in web testing using Java, Selenium, TestNG or similar frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline e.g. Computer Science
• Experience working within a Scrum / Agile environment
• Desirable: Gherkin, Browserstack, Maven, Azure DevOps or developing against Oracle
