QA ANALYST

IMT Software Services, a division of IMT Insurance, is now looking to fill the position of QA Analyst. IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As an QA Analyst, you will be responsible for communicating, facilitating, and assisting with the implementation process and products. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Evaluate and interpret business requirements to create test cases
• Work within Agile teams, (Scrum and Kanban), and participate in team ceremonies
• Accepts input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
• Test system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business specifications/needs and to verify overall system functionality and operability are appropriate and ready for implementation
• Ability to analyze simple relationships and configuration and communicate clear results
• Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions

DESIRED QUALIFICAITONS

• Consistently provide effective, timely and courteous service to internal and external customers
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and concepts both orally and in writing
• Ability to learn new skills and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances and direction
• Must possess a strong aptitude for project management through excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
• Possess a positive attitude and maintain professional conduct to foster a cooperative work environment and build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Comprehensive analytical, math and computer skills required with the ability to be very detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
• Confidentiality and professionalism required at all times
• Desire to learn Test Automation or past experience in this area
• Meet deadlines to successfully support the team
• Must possess the ability to work well with others
• Ability to process, collect, interpret and manage information in order to identify, analyze and resolve problems and implement solutions
• Participate in other areas/aspects of the team, and other duties as assigned

The salary range for this position is $49,000.00 - $63,000.00

Starting salary will depend on level of experience

Fully remote work involves important payroll and legal considerations for the company. IMT has identified eligible states of residence for continued employment with IMT. Eligible states include: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
