Job Title : Senior Python Developer (Machine Learning)

Job Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite) / Initially Remote

Job Type : Full Time Employment

Technical Skills: (Primary)

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
• Machine learning AI space using Python coding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, Airflow or Dask Python batch oriented frameworks
• TensorFlow, Keras, Python data management packages like pandas
• Design, develop and maintain Python-based applications, services, and APIs
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Elastic, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB..
• Strong experience in Python development, with knowledge of the Flask or Django frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

• Experience of working with JIRA/Rally work management tool
• Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Domain Knowledge of Health Care Domain is Preferred
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with data analytics libraries such as Pandas or NumPy

Soft Skills:

• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
• As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
