Pt Patient Care Coordinator / Ma At Elite Health Online

Job Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator/MA role is responsible primarily for all tasks involved with, but not limited to direct patient interaction, as well as the operation of Z-Wave Pro for the purposes of Injury Repair, and Circulation. Duties include assisting with patient checkout, prescription review, submission, post-care follow-up where appropriate, pre-appointment review, chart accuracy, as well as other assigned tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sending post-care treatment plans to patient where appropriate
• Performs blood draw duties as needed in clinic
• Perform hormone and wellness injections for patients as needed
• Full understanding and utilization of Z-Wave Pro for injury repair for male and female patients
• Develops and collaborate with management/leadership on missing items and objectives, as recommended or from patient feedback
• Sending provider-approved prescriptions to appropriate pharmacy
• Assist providers with pellet insertion procedures
• Performs other related internal and customer service duties as assigned
• Pre- and post-appointment chart review for accuracy and compliance
• Connecting with patient at regular intervals post-care to ensure satisfaction and alignment
• Prescription review/Q and A with patient (and provider if necessary)
• Pre- and Post-consultation duties with patient

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with required software for organizational use
• Ability to draw blood in office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge, understanding, and implementation of company’s Core Values and Mission

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working by computer and phone
• Operation of Z-Wave Pro Shockwave Device
