Part Time – Schedule Flexible Based on Coverage Needs, Weekend Availability

Your Role This position is responsible for controlling, inspecting, and tracking inbound and outbound customer and vendor truck traffic along with coordinating the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing and shipping products.

• Process Company Driver check-in paperwork
• Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers
• Assist with Custom Haul Load and paperwork tracking
• Coordinates dock flow for all outbound loads
• Follow prescribed Temp Integrity procedures
• Compares accuracy of supplier bills
• Investigates shortages of product in the picking process
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of
• Verifying correct load and temperature settings
• Use of Yard Management
• Prints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as needed
• Inspect and record inbound vehicle data
• Chooses and stages loads to be received
• Verifying correct load & temperature settings

We Need You To Have

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

We would Like You to Have

• College Degree (Bachelors or Associates)
• Experience with warehouse computer systems
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to accept changing work demands
