Job description

• Participate in individual triadic or group supervision
• Attend weekly clinical treatment teams meetings
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments at intake
• Provide evidenced based therapy to individual and family therapy to teens, adults and their families

Job Roles

• Demonstrate awareness of transference and counter-transference issues
• Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, according to department standards
• Proactively utilize clinical supervision
• Communicate with providers, physicians, referring providers, and with outside agencies and authorities, in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and judgment necessary to implement the treatment plan.
• Address co-occurring disorders, factoring them into the patient's treatment plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide treatment to assigned patients
• Participate in development of patients' individualized care plans, in a timely manner.
• Perform initial and on-going assessments for assigned patients.
• Work effectively as a member of the treatment team.

Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations

• Current California registration as a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Clinical Social Worker
• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or closely related field required.
