Job Description
Psychometrician/Student Assessment Developer DarkStar Intelligence is looking for an experienced psychometrician to assist in training need analysis for a government client in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities
Conduct and participate in training need analysis, practice analysis, and task analysis to define student performance requirements for training.
Create student assessment instruments (tests and grading rubrics) that validate the accomplishments of student learning objectives and make recommendations on the student assessment/testing process. Summarize, analyze, and report on end-of-course student evaluation data and use this data to create yearly metric reports for government and stakeholder decision-making and student recordkeeping purposes.
Shall be skilled in the development of data gathering, trend analysis, test item analysis, and student assessment techniques.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialty in the area of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Personality Research, Quantitative Methods, or equivalent degree.
Minimum three (3) years experience in developing student assessment instruments or conducting training needs analysis.
Have the ability to perform data collection, summarization, and analysis. Excellent written communication skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel. US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
