Responsibilities: The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for performing history and physical examinations and carrying out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care in order to provide and promote the best interests of the health and well being of patients. Qualifications: REQUIRED:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Advanced Practice in the State of Georgia.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing.
PREFERRED:
  • One (1) year experience.
Work Hours:: 8a-4:30p Weekend Requirements:: No On-Call Requirements:: No
