Job Description
The Chief of Staff Associate role reports to the GT Chief of Staff, and is responsible for providing general strategic, execution, and operational support. The role will typically require partnering with various strategy and business service groups to ensure streamlined activities within the GT organization, with a focus on creating group-wide and executive communications, performing analysis to support decision making, developing processes and tools to support consistent management practices, supporting selected change management and governance programs, supporting culture initiatives, etc.


The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual that possesses strong organizational and follow-through skills; is a clear and confident communicator in both written and spoken form, comfortable and capable at establishing relationships at all levels of the organization; is highly analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of data, both structured and unstructured; is a self-starter with a desire to learn the Technology operating model within a fast-paced, high-profile operating environment.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare management materials and collateral to support business decisions
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed
  • Execute various analysis, understand and report key business metrics, synthesize information into actionable insights to help solve complex problems and influence business and communication strategies
  • Ability to take on increasing management responsibility and project ownership
  • Document clear standards and guidelines to ensure successful and consistent execution of global GT strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives to drive growth/efficiency
  • Self-manages professional development and development of tech trends and skills
  • Coordinate the creation of special and executive presentations (e.g. town halls, senior officers meetings, offsites, regulatory communications, CEO interactions, etc.)


Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Organized and exceedingly detail-oriented
  • "Self-starter" with ability to manage deliverables proactively and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and establish strong partnerships
  • Experience in a large fast paced environment leveraging strong communications and analytical skills coupled with good business acumen
  • Ability to create and maintain business analytics platforms such as Microsoft, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
