What To Expect
Tesla is looking for a Project Coordinator, Self-Perform & Business, to work with one of the most innovative brands in the world. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project coordinator professional that will demonstrate an ability to tackle complex problems and implement creative solutions.
You will be part of a Programs team that is managing strategic projects and continuous growth efforts. The Role will be tasked to coordinate service development, build creative team scheduling solutions while reducing travel costs. You will be a key contributor to the Tesla fleet business.
The Role requires the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships. You will require a sharp focus, a collaborative style of working, and a proactive, critical mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial. Tesla is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
What You’ll Do

• Fleet vehicle monitoring
• Liaise between the business, digital/technical and support teams to identify business needs
• Stay flexible with last minute changes and working hours while interacting with teams in different time zones
• Develop solutions to complex technical problems and present relevant information to a non-technical audience
• Consult with business partners to identify opportunities for program improvement
• Training coordination
• Apply out of the box, problem-solving abilities and to drive technical solutions
• As project lead, document relevant timelines, milestones and deliverables and present to leadership
• Guide your stakeholders in defining and delivering clear requirements to identify, prioritize and scope projects to deliver against business objectives
• Interpret and forecast business challenges, analyze potential improvements, and translate these into solutions to mitigate risk
• Special projects

• Ensure consistency and quality of project completion by using a data-driven approach
• Manage and execute team support projects, while optimizing our existing Fleet & Business processes

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
