Job Description
The Project Manager - School-Based Telehealth manages the development, implementation, and coordination of projects. Coordinates project activities with various internal and external stakeholders. Works closely and communicates regularly with executive and operational sponsors to track project progress, resolve project related issues, and ensure overall success.

Cone’s School-Based Telehealth program places a clinical telepresenter in the school who can virtually connect the guardian, child and a pediatrician to conduct a visit. The provider uses the Advanced Digital System to examine the child with the parent virtually present. This innovative system allows the provider to triage, examine, diagnose and treat many medical conditions that would have resulted in early dismissal, absenteeism from school and potentially, a visit to the Emergency Department.

Telehealth allows equitable access to care that does not put additional burdens on working families, increasing instructional time, promoting success in school and life.

Clinical, RN Experience Strongly Preferred.
