Project Manager Jobs

We are seeking a Project Manager for assignment in Eunice, LA. The selected candidate will be assigned as a member of the clients capital projects group, managing three specific projecs. The general scope of work will surround engineering and construction of midstream infrastructure.

The Senior Project Manager will provide project management, technical and construction support, leadership, and oversight to all commercial, operational, regulatory, and project driven activities as assigned across all business units, including crude oil, natural gas, NGL and CO2 pipelines and facilities. General Responsibilities Include

• Maintains effective communication with project team members and with the customer
• Basic project economic evaluation
• Project / construction management (cost and schedule controls)
• This position performs a variety of engineering work in the initial planning and design phase of equipment, systems, or processes
• Material / equipment procurement
• Manage engineering efforts using in-house and external 3rd party engineering resources
• Directly responsible for coordinating and scheduling all phases of construction, to acquire equipment and materials and the technical bid evaluations to procure equipment
• Specifications are prepared, and necessary subcontracts and requisitions are defined
• 10+ years experience with oil & gas related capital projects, preferably in an onshore / up or midstream environment
• Contract evaluation (construction and commercial)
• Experience with natural gas compression infrastructure
• Material / equipment sizing and specification as needed
• Project scope development such as pipeline and facility evaluations, regulatory and environmental permitting, project scheduling, and cost estimation
• AFE generation and documentation
• Responsible for the coordination of various engineering, construction, purchasing and project controls disciplines
• Manage projects from scope development through installations, utilizing client specifications and procedures
• Construction – bidding and contractor selection
• Routine report generation
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Chemical, or Construction Management
