Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER | VIRGINIA | $$$


We are working with a Commercial Glazing Sub Contractor, located in Virginia.


We are looking for a Project Manager who can maintain multiple glass and glazing projects simultaneously from commercial Storefronts, Curtain walls and Window walls.


Project size will range between $500k to $25m.


Skills and attributes required include but are not limited to the following:

• Safety Focused

• Communicate Effectively

• Use of Construction software

• Scheduling

• Pre-construction job site meetings

• Project budgeting

• Change orders

• Quality Assurance


Must be able to continue our ongoing relationships and partnerships with general contractors and communicate with field foreman and crews.


This is an amazing opportunity to join a TOP 50 Glass & Glazing contractor and work on $10m+ projects.


Base salary: Negotiable

Location: Virginia
