As the Implementation Project Manager for Authenticx, you will be an integral member of our Client Onboarding team and you will:


  • Manage several software-as-a-service (SaaS) implementation projects at any given time, with steadily increasing numbers
  • Efficiently manage reports, share concerns and needs, creatively identify solutions, and track resource management
  • Work within MS Teams and other designated onboarding software to optimize internal and external communication
  • Ensure regular adherence to budget tracking measures from all internal members as a metric of time to delivery of value to the client
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to identify efficiencies and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Manage project timelines and the delivery of agile client onboarding experiences


Qualifications


Our ideal Implementation Project Manager possesses the following qualifications:


Standard:


  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years of software-as-a-service (SaaS) implementation experience
  • Experience simultaneously managing several implementation projects for high-profile clients
  • Flexible, innovative, and quickly adaptable to change
  • Highly adaptive team player with the ability to get along with several personality types while holding team members and clients accountable to deadlines
  • Skills: leadership, creative problem-solving, accountability
  • Proficient with MS Office products and project management software
  • Works well within a highly-collaborative, virtual team environment


Preferred:


  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certifications or work experience
  • Healthcare experience (Pharma, Insurance, or Provider)
  • Experience leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) implementation projects for large enterprise clients

Additional Information


  • For local candidates, this is may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1-2x per week (this is flexible).
  • For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual/remote position with occasional on-site travel approximately 2-4x per year to Indianapolis, depending on location and business needs.
