Project Manager (Icertis Clm Implementation)

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. The successful candidate will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's requirements. Requires strong project management skills, experience in implementing iCertis CLM, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution meets their needs
• Provide training and support to clients as needed
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Work with the iCertis technical team to ensure that the solution is configured and customized to meet the client's requirements
• Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and clients to ensure that the project is on track
• Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the client and internal stakeholders
• Manage the testing and deployment of the solution
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of iCertis CLM for clients, including project planning, scoping, and delivery
• Manage project resources, including internal and external teams

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably with experience in implementing iCertis CLM
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management certification such as PMP is preferred
