Project Manager Contract Role For 12+Months(Extendable)

JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the successful completion of our PROJECT. The PM will be responsible for managing the project's budget, timeline, and resources, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Provide progress reports on the status of the project to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, schedule and lead meetings, and manage resources.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Implement change practices and mitigate potential delays.
• Review documents and provide guidance on project-related activities.
• Draft agreements related to the project, including task orders and amendments.
• Perform additional duties requested by the department related to the project.
• Manage the project budget, including reviewing invoices, creating payment vouchers, tracking expenditures, and completing budget estimates.
• Monitor and coordinate with IBI GROUP to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master certification.

• Experience with project management software tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer sciences, information systems, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a similarly related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a project manager for the implementation of complex software applications.
• Proactive nature with risk management skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Excellent oral, written, documentation, and presentation skills.
