This is a W2 role as Project manager at Carson City, NV- Day1 On-site.

Description:-

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related field. Or related work experience

Typically has 10+ years of IT project management experience in high-tech industry, application development and modernization.

Job Responsibilities:

Will have at least 10 years of hands-on project management work experience

Must have experience managing Agile projects; Scrum master experience preferred

PMI Certification (PMP) preferred.Scrum Master Certification (CSM) a plus!

Must have extensive experience with MS Project

Will have proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management

Hands-on experience using Azure Dev Ops preferred

Will lead the planning and implementation of project/program

Will manage project development across the SDLC

Will manage project resource allocation, and tasks

Will plan and schedule project timelines

Experience using Confluence preferred

Will be accountable for project results along with project sponsor

Will facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Will define project tasks and resource requirements

Will track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Responsible for project oversight, governance, and status reporting

Establishes, communicates, and manages appropriate project scope change management procedures

Must effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously

Follows SDLC Best Practices

Responsible for tracking action items, and leading daily Scrum meetings and other project meetings

Excellent communication skills required (written & oral).
