Keeley Restoration Services offers a variety of high-quality services to renew deteriorated concrete to its original state. The team prides themselves on bringing life back to buildings and structures, maintaining their lifespan, and reducing the impact on the environment in the process. Our team has an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis MO.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Performs & develops estimates, write proposals, administer contracts, develop project schedules and costing, supervise projects, and ensure quality control.
  • Documents and communicates any project change orders to field and customers
  • Performs jobsite inspections/audits of all assigned projects, ensuring they are meeting schedules, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete restoration projects.
  • Works closely with Superintendent and field crew to ensure customer/contact requirements and timelines are met.
  • Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for managing the project productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with company policies and practices.
  • Assists with the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient use.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in concrete restoration supporting similar key position responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivities.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to travel and work for extended periods of time on projects outside of the office area.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and professional concrete frame project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
