WANTED - Tech savvy consultant to help organize project via cloud-based software, including scheduling meeting making calls and creating e-mails - among various internal departments, outside consultants and managers for Scranton Based Theater Organization

MOSTLY WORK FROM HOME - This is perfect for stay-at-home career where you will be asked to come-in a few times a month to Downtown Scranton location only as needed.

Online project experience is big plus. Software is mainly ClickUp with possible connection to Slack.

Prior experience in managing online groups is essential. Experience in the Arts, Theater or Music a bonus!

PART-TIME and flexible with certain time commitments for weekly meetings at home and a few in-person in Downtown Scranton

You will be organizing various content into one hub, assigning tasks and seeking updates from various members of team about expected due dates. You need to connect various elements of project with others for cross-reference, help with access to information and aide the team to be more productive. Setting and Organizing online meetings, video calls and sending out e-mails are all required. Ability to generate reports, create back-ups and effective online communication for building team productivity is all helpful.

PAY is $600/month to start with opportunities for larger involvement in other projects very possible based on performance. You will be paid with corresponding 1099 and must have USA permit to work.
