Project Finance Specialist Jobs

This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of field projects from initial job creation to closure ensuring that all processes are followed, documentation is done, the job is invoiced, customer payment is received, and job closure is successfully completed.
Some Tasks Required Of This Position Are As Follows

• Job based reporting
• Employee time reporting
• Project status tracking
• Job Invoicing
• Project travel management
• Product ordering & receiving

A successful candidate for the position will have experience with some or all of the following:

• Effective communicator both verbally and written
• Enjoys identifying, developing, and implementing process and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Quickbooks Reporting
• Accounting experience with a focus in A/R
• Well organized with an eye for detail
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team environment
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks on a daily, sometimes hourly basis
• Self-learner with high energy
• Experience with Quickbooks Timesheets
• Able to work efficiently with environmental distractions and interruptions
• Experience using Quickbooks Desktop
