The Design Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! We are searching for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, meticulous, and passionate about communication with people. The ideal Project Coordinator would be a self-motivated, efficient worker with educational and/or work experience in administration, customer and/or project management or a similar realm within the technology/marketing/advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively Communicate Client Needs to Team and Delegate Tasks Accordingly
- Manage Communication & Relationships with Clients - Act as Primary Point of Contact
- Have an Eye for Detail: Don't just check items on a list, bring insight and valid QC feedback to the team
- Supervise Project Scopes, Budgets and Timelines - Keep Projects on Task and on Schedule
- Maintain and Regularly Update Client Assets in Google Drive and Teamwork
- Input and Delegate Tasks, Due Dates and Timelines (via Teamwork Software)
- Monitor Numerous Accounts/Projects/Task Statuses at One Time
- Manage and Supervise Administrative Aspects of Assigned Projects from Kick-Off to Completion
- Communication with Internal and Outsourcing Teams Regarding Projects and QC
Ideal Attributes:
- Capable of Managing Multiple Clients and Projects Simultaneously
- High computer literacy (Google Drive, Dropbox, Teamwork experience is a plus )
- Account or Project Management/Assistant, or Strong Administrative Experience Ideal
- Experience in Technology, Marketing or Advertising Industries, in regards to Education or Relevant Work Experience
- Ability to Delegate Tasks Efficiently and Properly
- Responsible and Capable of Meeting Tight Deadlines Efficiently
- Strong Communication Skills
- Highly Organized with Strong Attention to Detail
- Pertinent Educational Background a Plus
- Self Motivated, Experienced and Excellent Communicator; Both Written and Verbal
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools Similar to Teamwork/Basecamp
- Enjoy working in a Collaborative Work Environment
