The Position: The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Business Process Manager and supports the Project Management Office (PMO). As part of the PMO team, you will also work directly with CONNSTEP’s and its affiliates sales, marketing and service delivery teams. In this role you will:
  • Manage/process Manufacturing Technical Assistance Grant Program Closeout
  • Complete and maintain Connecticut Department of Labor (DOL) paperwork and approvals
  • Create certificates for client training programs and audits
  • Conduct annual client outreach in regards to projects
  • Manage coordination/logistics for all training programs conducted
  • Manage the project set up, tasks, sales orders, purchase orders within Salesforce
  • Maintain Third Party Service Providers documentation
  • Work with web designer on registration, website and flyers

  • While you are ability to work independently and proactively, you also strive to be a team player, willing to go outside of your job scope to help the team succeed.
  • Your communication and time management skills are excellent and you can maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • You are skilled in use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a big plus.
  • You enjoy a high energy, fast-paced environment, having the agility to multi-task and possessing strong prioritization skills.
  • You have a Bachelors degree and prior experience in a similar role.
  • Lastly, you are a responsible and reliable individual who has ambition and drive and who has demonstrated a strong desire to be a valuable asset to an organization.
