What You’ll Do


Job Summary


The Project Coordinator will be the main customer contact for all inquiries in relation to our ELQ Recall.


The main goal is to drive voluntary recall to successful completion, driving customer satisfaction and


delivering acceptable commercial outcome. This role will be responsible to assess and validate customer


claims, and implement the most appropriate rectification solution in line with Eaton model. This role will


mentor and guide more junior team members, perform analytical review, provide future cost forecasting if


required, visit customer site if directed, and constantly look for new solutions which can drive better


outcomes. This role will be responsible for validating and processing customer invoices. This role will jointly


manage supply chain demand planning. This role will provide regulator dashboard data if directed. The role


will drive high utilization of Eaton Primary ELQ Service Provider. The role will have a strong focus on key customer negotiations.


Job Responsibilities


  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Following up on pending emails from contractors/End users
  • Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
  • Tracking deliveries when contractors requesting validation
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Processing validation of claims and entering into Eaton financial system
  • Managing initial stage of project requests.
  • Managing stock levels, allocations and inquiries
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Liaising with Management in urgent requests.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Managing customers and contractors
  • Assess / analyze project risks, opportunities and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Liaising with key customers regarding returns of recalled products
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Processing returns and ensuring labels are received
  • Be aware of the company’s and your own obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as the company’s documented Quality Management system.
