Verbatim Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator based in the Netherlands. This opportunity will see candidates manage projects and make a valuable change within the business and the industry.

This company is family owned and has been around for more than 20 years. They provide clinical services to Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and CROs worldwide. They currently have teams based in the UK, the US and the Netherlands.

This role will be located near Cherry Hill, a brand-new state-of-the-art warehouse, on a full-time on-site permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities

• Guide client in the selection of needed devices and packaging materials based on the temperature sensitivity of the product
• Track inventory, shipments and item codes to meet SOPs and GDP requirements
• Report to the VP of Operations, distribution and Project Managers in the US
• Independently initiate discussions with client proposals
• Devise a plan for the distribution of incoming materials

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Familiarity with distribution activities associated with the status of clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP
