River Landing Solutions provides transparent, concise and transformative services to our clients to assist them navigating local and state regulatory processes. Our goal is to find solutions for our clients during their regulatory process and navigate the potential political and community issues.

:

  • You may also be required to meet with local and state community members to provide services and materials that will create goodwill, such as conducting a food drive for a local food bank.
  • The Project Field Coordinator is responsible for implementing corporate strategies for our clients.You will engage and organize community involvement to support our client’s project development.This position is vital in educating communities and creating public support. You will support the client service team in all initiatives.
  • The position will include working directly with local community residents, educating them about our project and identifying supporters.
  • The goal of this position is to learn and understand the dynamic of a community for our clients to assist them with their upcoming projects.
  • The position is a great opportunity to be involved in public affairs and client strategy. You will research the area to gain an understanding of the political infrastructure and community members.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating and editing information pertinent to the project you are assigned.
  • You must be able to work with people and a wide variety of personality types and temperaments while maintaining a professional, calm outward appearance.
  • You must be able to multi-task several projects.
  • You will be responsible for learning and managing a database system of client information with high attention to detail and accuracy ensuring all information is correct.

Job requirements:

  • An understanding of marketing and has networking capabilities to feel comfortable meeting new people and sharing information.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Able to work independently whether remotely or in an office, as required.
  • Knowledge of excel, database management and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write client ready updates and reports.
  • Previous experience with face-to-face interactions including with those who may oppose your position.
  • A basic understanding of regulatory requirements for new commercial developments and an understating of local, county and state politics.
  • Travel is required
