Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator in the Furniture industry who can bring their knowledge and experience tracking orders and projects in process to a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, highly enthusiastic, and possesses strong organization skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and communicating project timelines
  • Supporting sales team
  • Sending out proposals and bids
  • Processing orders
  • Addressing pricing discrepancies
  • Tracking orders
  • Setting up customer accounts


Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' of experience in the Furniture industry
  • Experience with CORE is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
