Job Description

Program Support Manager – Federal Vertical - Remote


TSG Federal is seeking a solution-oriented individual with a customer service mindset to join our Program Management Office (PMO) team. The Program Support Manager (PSM) will act as the relationship manager, contract manager, and primary point of contact for our consultant base working on mission critical programs supporting multiple federal customers across the Defense and Civilian sectors. This individual will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and rapidly growing team that is providing support to the entire division.

Responsibilities:

Active Programs – Relationship Management:

· Manage program scope, schedule, deliverables, funding, employee performance, career growth, and retention.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with subcontract management personnel within our active programs. Lead monthly Subcontract Program Management Review calls with customers.

· Build relationships and serve as the primary point of contract for our PMO consultant base.

· Serve as a customer escalation point to address issues/concerns regarding our active consultants.

· Responsible for oversight of consultants on our active programs within DOD, Air Force, Army, Navy, DHS, and other Civilian Agencies.

· Approve consultant timesheets on a weekly basis and conduct weekly and/or bi-weekly reviews for any discrepancies.

· Manage and organize daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables utilizing tools such as: Office 365 (Outlook/SharePoint/Excel), internal CRM system, and Monday.com.

· Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other teams across the division.

· Optimize our current contracts and increase employee retention by tracking career growth and promotions into higher LCATs.

· Resolve resource issues in a timely manner and work with the prime contractor Program Managers on performance improvements, timesheet approvals, and promotion opportunities.

· Partner with TSG internal team to help optimize and grow active contracts as well as consultant re-deployments.

· Work with our consultants and prime contracting partners with business development activities on our current programs to help maximize growth opportunities.

· Organize employee travel and expense process when applicable.

· Conduct monthly performance reviews and manage career tracks when applicable.


Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience supporting customers in the public sector including but not limited to Air Force, Army, Navy, DHS, DOJ, and other DOD Agencies

· 2+ years of experience in a contract management or customer-service focused role

· Proven customer service skills and excellent relationship management skills

· Experience working with Program Managers and/or contract management teams

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proactive approach to finding solutions and a desire to collaborate with a team

· 4-year degree at accredited College (or equivalent business experience)
