  • Lead/drive all change management activities in Kitchen operations
  • Gather and analyze data to drive improvement in operational metrics (including safety, quality, productivity, instock rate) across the Amazon Fresh Stores network.
  • Lead program management of new operational initiatives from concept to launch across the network by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
