Position: Program Manager


Remote Position

Position Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for client event design, implementation, and deployment of onsite clinical services while maintaining high standards of excellence.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the daily operations and success of onsite programs for Clients.
  • Uphold Ramp Health’s standards for service delivery, evidence-based practices, content development and delivery, digital technology solutions, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
  • Adhering to Client launch, management, and growth best practices, including service planning, reporting, and navigating challenges to service implementation and engagement.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of our products and services.
  • Ordering supplies for programs and ensuring all logistical needs are met within the scope of the program.
  • Serve as key contact for field personnel onsite at programs.
  • Working collaboratively with various stakeholders on Client-specific strategies across departments to ensure service excellence.
  • Host and complete all field personnel training and competency sign-offs.
  • Manage end-to-end strategy for client programs, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines and meeting all deliverables.
  • Define and prioritize project tasks; develop project schedules and outline team deliverables while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project plan can be met.


Qualifications:


  • Ability to travel up to 30% as necessary
  • Thinks analytically. Able to assess and pivot as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work history.
  • Above average Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
  • Takes responsibility.
  • Possess strong customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be innovative, creative, and adaptable to meet unique client and employee population needs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to think strategically, including identifying potential issues proactively.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Works collaboratively.
  • Have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in event or program management, customer satisfaction, and service delivery strategy and planning. Experience in the employer wellness industry is preferred.
