- Along with the Director of RGHI and other program staff, this position works with collaborators and staff internationally to ensure compliance and administrative management of internationally based projects and grants.
- Works to identify additional global health partnership opportunities and expand national healthcare capacity at the new academic teaching hospital in Botswana.
- Serves as the central project management for the technical advisory for and with SKMTH in Botswana and for the management of other related RGHI programs in that country.
- A minimum of five years of experience and/or increasing responsibility in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; and combination of Masters level education and/or experience in administration, high-level of project management and related experience.
- Excellent writing and communications skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Must have strong skills in project management administration, planning, budgeting, and management.
- Ability to guide teams and work with diverse partners to set clear goals and achieve tangible, documented results.
- Knowledge of hospital service administration or clinical service delivery management a plus.
- Knowledge of the management of programs in international settings is a plus.
- Must be able to travel abroad and sit on long international flights.
- Must be able to exert force up to 35 pounds.
