Job Responsibilities

The person in this position will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and evaluation of the Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program. Will create clear policies and procedures for program administration for parents/students, service providers, and the program vendors. Will create a streamlined application process for both students and service providers and devise a customer service plan that gives timely responses to user outreach. Will create and implement a marketing plan to devise and attract both students and service providers to the program. Will supervise the employees of the office, ensuring that they are given clear direction and measurable outcomes to achieve within their rating period. Will lead the charter school efforts for the state, fostering positive, productive, and proactive relationships with authorizers. Will supervise the implementation of the Planning and Implementation Grant funds. Perform any job duties assigned by the Deputy Superintendent.

This position is located in the Division of Strategic Engagement/Education Choice.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (i.e,. business, education, or organizational leadership). Proven experience in leading programs and teams.
