Summary
The Program Coordinator III will be responsible for initiating, growing, and sustaining Arts in Healing outpatient programming while keeping best-practices at the forefront.

Growth: Create Arts in Healing opportunities for outpatient programmatic growth across the South Carolina with sustainability in mind. Investigate and execute new grant and philanthropic opportunities with support from supervisor and MUSC Foundation. Grow professional relationships with district leaders, partners, and communities across the state.
People: Communicate, support, and manage administrative tasks for contracted staff and partners within community. Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Execute and manage MOUs and other contracts with partnering districts, organizations, and contractors. Document and manage payments/invoicing between Arts in Healing and contractors and Arts in Healing and community partners. Manage and communicate scheduling for clinical sessions, meetings with supervisor, meetings with community members and families, educational opportunities, etc.
Sustainability: Manage research studies, awarded grants, and philanthropic initiatives - including but not limited to collecting data about demographic information, evaluating participation, executing impact surveys, and completing reports. Manage and organize financial documentation. Present program objectives, initiatives, and opportunities to diverse groups such as legislative leaders across SC.
