Job Description

New Opportunity at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Choices Clubhouse in Cobb County. The Choices Clubhouse is designed to provide support for youth as they strive to improve their life and wellness while decreasing or abstaining from alcohol and/or
substance use.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day to day operations of the Clubhouse.
  • Work with child serving agencies including school systems and community providers as needed for the purpose of referral to screen and assess youth who are in need of recovery support services for alcohol and substance use.
  • Ensure that monthly reports are completed and submitted in timely manner.
  • Develop monthly schedule of activities as required per contract.
  • Attend community meetings and represent Highland Rivers C/A Clubhouse.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff.
  • Ensure that the programmatic functions are operated within contractual requirements as expense based.
  • Maintain and monitor budget.

  • Must have a current CACII or CADCII
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in helping field
  • At least 2 years management experience in direct care.
