Seeking a compassionate PC for one of our locations to work with our amazing individuals and directly supervise 5-10 DSP\'s and 1 Full Time DSP. Position Summary: The primary role of the Program Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate one program under the direction of the Program Director. The Program Coordinator ensures compliance with all aspects of the program in regard to the persons served, Organization, employees and property. The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing effective leadership and accountability which fosters growth and the development of Direct Support Staff team. The Program Coordinator will provide comprehensive personal care, guidance, and the appropriate support tailored to the needs of each person served to prepare and promote each individual to live as independently as possible. Education Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous Experience Requirements: 1-3 years related experience preferred EEO/AAP Employer
