Job Description
Overview
The Department of Oncology is looking for a Program Coordinator to join Dr. Sara Federico’s group. The Program Coordinator will work closely with external groups, collaborate with internal and external teams, and develop protocol specific communications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including the ability to manage spreadsheets and data and work across multiple software platforms.
The Program Coordinator will be focused on neuroblastoma clinical trials and projects that are ongoing. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trials and project management, as well as strong organizational skills and knowledge of the solid tumor space. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively. The Program Coordinator will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
  • Prior experience working in the healthcare field
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and quickly develop sound solutions to novel situations
  • Ability to carry out broad assignments with minimal supervision
  • Communicate with program stakeholders
  • Manage and track program budgets and timelines
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of programs and projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Evaluate program effectiveness
Minimum Education
  • Bachelors degree required.
Minimum Experience
  • Minimum requirement: 3+ years of experience in program management delivery.
  • Significant experience working with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office).
