Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging after-school programs that promote both academic and social-emotional growth in participants.
Design and deliver a curriculum based on evidence-based practices, aligning with the goals of our after-school program.
Track and analyze program data to ensure program objectives are met, and generate reports to measure progress and impact.
Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Program Director and project team to ensure program success.
Collaborate with resident staff to address the socio-emotional needs of students, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
Demonstrate a high emotional intelligence and a service-oriented mindset to foster genuine relationships with fellow faculty, students, and colleagues.
Display self-motivation and the ability to work independently, even in a remote team setting, to achieve program goals.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Teacher's Assistant or in a related field is desired, but not required.
Familiarity with school or after-school programming is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and fellow team members.
Possess a cool-tempered and positive attitude, maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment.
Demonstrate a firm but kind personality, balancing discipline with empathy.
A genuine love for teaching and the ability to establish trusting relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
