Job Description

Are you looking to make a true impact on the lives of others, while also having the ability to advance and grow in your career? Haven Place, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility located in Lock Haven, PA is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team!

We are currently hiring for Full-time, Part-time and Casual (Per diem) positions for the day, evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Document in the medical record according to established procedures.
  • Perform patient care skill as directed by the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in a safe manner according to policy and procedure.
  • Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, and dressing Assist in transferring residents.
  • Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient needs.
  • Assist with food distribution and feeding residents.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
  • OAPSA
  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance w Renewal
  • Basic Life Support
