Job Description

for Sales Productivity Specialist


  • Drive/track monthly Channel Forecast, KPIs, scorecard, accountability—work closely with the sales lead and sales team to track performance and KPIs
  • Training and enablement—plan and coordinate regional training workshops to enable your partners and partner sales and market teams to sell the product
  • Set up and manage a clear Rhythm of Business with distributors across the region including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive a set of deliverables to increase partner pipeline momentum and close rates – with clear tracking of projects, deliverables, and requests – ensuring that requests are driven to resolution.
  • Primary interface between the enterprise sales team and the distributor across the region in support of customer deals.
  • Engaging partners on regular basis to understand their customer pipeline, help them grow their business including operational coordination and deal support – to ensure partner delivery of sales targets and overall health of partner relationships.
  • Share best practices across regions to maximize efficiency
  • Own/manage issues, communications, questions, regarding the business with reseller channel as they relate to deals, incentives, reporting etc.
  • Drive an effective partner management plan including regular partner review calls, status updates, clear actions, and issue resolution.


Necessary Skills

  • Clear English communication, spoken and written is a must.
  • They must have the ability to build strong relationships and take a programmatic approach to channel management to ensure they manage our channel in an efficient manner.
  • A successful candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
  • Experience with channel management
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills. Additional languages are a benefit.
  • They must have a high drive for results and have a passion for supporting partners to be successful in closing deals.
