Description & Requirements

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to work at our facility in Muscatine- IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second- third & weekends and holidays

Work Schedule

Work schedule varies. Must be able to work any shift needed- including overtime. Consistent Work Schedules Coming Soon!

• 1st shift – Mon – Fri- 6am – 2 15pm
• 3rd shift – Mon – Fri- 10pm – 6 15am
• 2nd shift – Mon – Fri- 2pm – 10 15pm

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
• Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP’s and other daily/job specific duties to support QRMP.
• Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor or Lead.
• Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
• Perform sanitation duties on production equipment as needed.
• Must handle Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Must learn the safe and proper operation of equipment.
• Support Plant Quality Systems.
• Must have the ability to follow written instructions and manuals.
• Maintain downtime records during line operation.
• Proper handling and usage of chemicals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Perform set-up- start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
