Job Description

Job Title: Production Support Lead.

REMOTE NOW AND HYBRID IN FEW MONTHS

Louis or Austin Texas


Required off hours and weekend support

Should be willing to take on-call responsibilities

Offshore coordination required.

Extensive problem solving and critical thinking skills


Production support role which requires

Ability to manage several tasks at once

Ability to plan and analyze large quantities of complex Data

Meets with business sales group in order to understand how users consume label and categorize various bits of data

lead form business requirements till product delivery.

Advanced understanding of complex sql techniques

Should have Advanced shell scripting skills.

Sound knowledge of tools like ServiceNow and JIRA to track and maintain.
