Production Retoucher

About the role:

Fetch's Product Design Team is looking to add a Production Retoucher to continue to evolve the user experience in our app.

The Production Artist will work closely with the design team to put the finishing touches on in-app assets and internal merchandise. They will ensure brand standards and quality are in place to help bring our brand product to life while elevating the product experience.

Responsibilities:

• Scale, crop, retouch and adjust internally created and partner provided photographic assets in prep for product.
• Version out approved creative to specs provided by design team members
• Have a clear understanding of our app and what is currently in production on both platforms
• Work with internal producer, photographer, art directors and designers along with external vendors to iterate creative which ladders up to the meticulous Fetch product and brand standards
• Ensure resolution, color, size specifications and accessibility compliance are up to standard
• Work with sales team to manage incoming partner assets, ensure all co-branded content abides by both Fetch's and partner brand's visual guidelines
• Execute tactical revisions to creative based on internal feedback
• Organize and maintain digital asset management system

• Self-starter, resourceful and persistent in execution

• Demonstrated history and examples of in-market design deliverables
• Ability to transform design files from other designers
• Be motivated, curious and creative
• Values feedback; able and willing to ask questions, seek suggestions from teammates
• Able to manage competing priorities
• 4+ years' production artist or design-related experience
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CaptureOne, asset management
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated history of detailed visual problem solving across a variety of mediums
• Collaborative spirit and building positive relationships

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Figma
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Animation (After Effects)
