Position: Production Manager
Location: Pryor, OK
Comp: $110k-$115k
Responsibilities:
As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and organizational development. You will identify potential problems and work to find solutions that maximize efficiencies, standardize best practices across the organization, and support the sales and operations planning process. You will achieve inventory improvements and manage manufacturing output while ensuring the department meets customer service needs. Additionally, you will train employees and process owners to support KPIs and department expectations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or 20+ years of manufacturing experience, 10-15 years of experience, and five years in a supervisory management role in the manufacturing industry. You must have prior experience working in a paper mill. We are looking for a leader with a collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence and a proven record of building and supporting a customer-focused culture. Being certified in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is a plus, as is having knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems.
