Production Line Worker Jobs

Responsibilities:

This position entails working on a production line and requires placing items on a moving belt to be covered in chocolate, ensuring quality of each piece and packing the covered pieces in boxes to be used in other parts of the plant or repackaged for sale.

Other duties include ensuring personal and work area cleanliness and keeping supplies stored according to quality rules and regulations. Minimum record keeping and reporting may also be required.

Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education. Production experience preferred but not required as on-the-job training is provided.

It requires working in a team atmosphere and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements include ability to stand and reach, with repetitive motions for the majority of the shift. Position occasionally requires lifting of 20 to 30 pounds.
