JOB DESCRIPTION
Working on various production bottling lines. Position requires employees to operate machines/positions on the production lines; Standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting are all movements required by the job. Employees will be trained on a machine / position with the goal being cross-trained to run the six entry-level positions with in the production lines. Employees through demonstration of their work ethic and aptitude will be further trained within the plant. Flexible hours are a must due to the demands of production and the nature of the products we produce.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees
  • Must work safely and follow all safety rules.
  • Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Lifting requirements may be up to as much as 50 lbs. Palletizing positions require frequent lifting of 10-45 lbs depending on product.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrate ability to follow quality procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well with others.
  • Demonstrate ability to work safely and meet quality standards at production speeds.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow palletizing patterns.
  • Read and write English for the purpose of quality assurance, and food safety.
